A good pump can still dose badly if it is installed wrong: suction lift too high, no relief valve, wrong piping size or no calibration. We set it up correctly and prove the dose before handing over.

What we do on site

| Install | Mount pump or skid, align coupling, connect relief valve and accessories |
| Commission | Prime, run and check for leaks at working pressure |
| Calibrate | Set stroke and confirm flow against the required dose |
| Hand over | Show operators how to adjust the dose and do routine checks |
Common installation mistakes we fix
- No pressure relief valve on the discharge line
- Suction line too long or too small, causing loss of prime
- No calibration pot, so the real dose is never checked
- Wrong liquid end material for the chemical
