All JEW Metering & Dosing Pumps comply with international API-675 standards, ISO 9001:2015 specifications, and CE conformity. Our positive displacement plunger and diaphragm designs guarantee ±1% steady-state metering accuracy across a 10:1 flow turndown ratio with high reproducibility and linearity.
Our wetted ends are custom engineered in SS-316, SS-316L, Hastelloy-C, Alloy-20, Titanium, PTFE, PVDF, and Polypropylene. We safely handle 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, caustic soda, polymeric flocculants, and abrasive slurries.
We offer sandwich double-diaphragm designs integrated with pressure gauge transmitters and visual rupture sensors. In the rare event of primary diaphragm fatigue, intermediate hydraulic fluid actuates the sensor to send an instant trip/alarm signal to your plant PLC/SCADA before chemical escapes.
Yes. Every JEW dosing pump features a micrometer dial knob that adjusts stroke length from 0% to 100% continuously while operating under full discharge pressure. We also provide automated electric actuators (4-20mA signal) and variable frequency drives (VFDs) for closed-loop SCADA control.
Standard simplex plunger and mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days from our Mumbai works. Custom turnkey dosing skids, triplex multiplex units, and exotic metallurgy pumps ship within 2 to 4 weeks across India, the GCC, and global ports.
Yes. We design and manufacture turnkey skid packages complete with SS-304/SS-316/HDPE/FRP storage tanks, high-shear agitators/mixers, back pressure valves, pressure relief valves, calibration columns, pulsation dampeners, and flameproof electrical control panels.
Every JEW pump is backed by a 12-month comprehensive manufacturer warranty. We maintain an extensive ex-stock inventory of wear parts—including PTFE diaphragms, check valve ceramic balls, O-rings, and plunger packings—with same-day dispatch to prevent plant downtime.
A metering (dosing) pump is a positive displacement pump that delivers a precise, adjustable volume of liquid per stroke. A normal centrifugal pump moves bulk liquid and its flow changes with pressure; a metering pump keeps the dosed quantity steady, which is why it is used to add chemicals in exact amounts.
Choose a plunger pump for high discharge pressure and clean, non-hazardous liquids. Choose a diaphragm pump when the chemical is toxic, costly or corrosive and must not leak, such as sodium hypochlorite or strong acids, because the diaphragm keeps the liquid sealed from the drive.
Send the chemical name and concentration, required flow in LPH, discharge pressure, liquid temperature, site power supply (voltage, phase, frequency), quantity and delivery location. A photo or datasheet of an existing pump also helps. Share these on WhatsApp +91 98191 49521.
Work out the chemical flow needed (dose rate × process flow ÷ chemical strength), then select a pump whose rated capacity is about 20–30% higher so it runs in the middle of its stroke range. Also confirm the discharge pressure and material compatibility. Our team can size it for you free of charge.
SS316 suits many solvents, alkalis and mild chemicals; PP and PVDF suit hypochlorite and many acids at moderate temperature; PTFE suits highly aggressive chemicals; Alloy 20 and Hastelloy-C suit strong acids such as sulphuric and hydrochloric. Share the chemical and temperature and we will recommend the right material.
Common causes are air in the suction line, a dirty or worn check valve, a clogged suction strainer, a damaged diaphragm or worn plunger packing, low stroke setting, or suction lift that is too high. Our pump repair team can inspect and overhaul the pump.
Yes. We repair and overhaul plunger and diaphragm metering pumps of JEW and other makes. Send the make, model and a nameplate photo on WhatsApp and we will advise on repair, spares or replacement.
Yes. Our AMC covers scheduled servicing, flow checks, wear-part replacement and service reports for dosing pumps on your site. Ask for an AMC quote with the number and type of pumps.
