At Jew Pump, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return items purchased directly from Jew Pump within 6-7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at jewpumps@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included with the product.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
