At Jew Pump, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Refund
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at jewpumps@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us at your own expense, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 10 days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process outlined above for initiating a refund.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange and ship out the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
